Muenchen June 18

We left Venice yesterday for the six hour train ride to Munich. Travelled through Padua,Verona on toTrento which  is a beautiful little town in the Dolomiti on to Bolzano,, Brixen This is part of the Sued Tirol which belonged  once to Austria and finally over the Pass Brennero or Brenner Pass into Austria.  Beautiful country side without the stress of driving. On Through Innsbruck in the Tirol and soon we left the mountains behind and arrived in Munich, Staying at Felix, doing Laundry, e-mail and bills and getting ready to go to Scharnitz, just over the Bavarien border in Austria to bike back to Munich along the river Isar.
