June 12th  :Palmanova

our hotel for the night is dei dogi
its not as nice as last nights but it is clean with a big bathroom.
we just got back from dinner at a little Trattoria. Its fun to figure out what to order when you don't know much Italien,but we manage. mac had ravioli filled with polenta  and I had really good fetuccini with a creamy mushroom sauce.
 I had Prosecco, mac had red wine a la casa and we had aqua minerale. it was  fun to eat there people are really friendly here and.
everyone loves California and wants to go there.
have to turn in now 70 km tomorrow and lots of sightseeing. mac's already asleep.
