8-23/2105  These 2 videos were put on a separate post because I couldn't get them to fit in the right place on a normal past.  The first video is a panorama from the upper Lago Fusine.  These are the Julian Alps.  The 2nd video is the dry land ski jumping practice for an Innsbruck jump club at the Planice complex and Slovenian Olympic Training area.  The clubs logo was the Flughunde or flying Dogs.  Some of the jumpers looked like they were 5 yrs old.  There were boys and girls.  The complex has 8 different jumps of increasing size.  The kids were practicing on 6 of the jumps and these have plastic slopes with a grass runout.  I got a pic of the big jump but it didn't show the size.  The longest jump on the big one is 233 meters or over a quarter of a kilometer.
