Lindau to Bad kissingen 10-11-11

We woke to pouring rain and decided to go back to bad Kissingen.  I, Mac have developed a slight case of gastritis(self Diagnosis), probably from taking NSAIDs everyday along with wine,federweisen, and Zwiebelkuchen.   The trip home had 4 changes of trains and only one change had a car without 2 or 3 steps into it.  Eventhough we were home by 1730 and the weather was a lot better in BK then in Lindau.  That was the end of our bike tripping so any more posts will be about the area surrounding BK.  In total we did about 1600 miles of trips, like riding from Canada to Mexico.  When we talk to locals about it they say we have seen more of Germany then they have.  As for which was the best trail I still think the Saale from Gemunden to Bad Koenighofen  with the Main 2nd, Mosel 3rd.  The Danube was great in sections but too much time was spent going thru cornfields away from the river.  The Mosel was nice in that it had trails down both sides and you could pick which you wanted depending on what you wanted to see.  I still have a post in draft on the park in BK coming but still need a few more Pics.  It will be coming soon to a computer near you.
