We started getting the panniers fitted to the bikes. Still a little jet lag so took a nap afterwords. In the afternoon we rode to the Kurgarten to take some pics of the flowers. From there we rode up the Saale river to J's sisters house and got them. We then rode to the Klosterfest at Hausen about a mile up the bike trail. The Kloster is 850 years old. There were several hundred people ssitting at tables and drinking beer and having bratwurst. There were several bands trading off playing fairly tradition bavarian songs. Naturally I had a beer and 2 brats. This is the first attempt at the blog so bear with me.
